2012 was quite a year! I can’t believe it’s over already! I’ve worked with some great companies such as Adam and Eve, Evil Angel, Elegant Angel, Filly Films, Brazzers, Combat Zone, Bang Bros. and many more! I’ve been ranked in the top 100 models on Naughty America and Hot Movies, and I’ve been in the top 50 models for Score for almost 4 years in a row!
It was the year of “firsts” for me in the mainstream side of the entertainment industry. I was in my first music video for international pop star Bera. My first made for cable movie the Booty Hunter starring Brandy Aniston and Angie Savage. As well as my first extra role in the featured film Her.
I’ve done plethora of amazing interviewers, podcasts, published blogs, and public appearances covering everything from mainstream news reports for Russia TV, hilarious podcasts with the Two White Guys, published blogs on Peeperz.com, Adultbizlaw.com, Lukeisback.com, and many more and even a speech in from of peers concerning Measure B.
I have had the honor of being name Blog ‘O Porno’s and What’s Brewin’ After Dark’s Miss February, Pumps Magazine’s Girl of the Week, Blog ‘O Porno’s Model ‘O the Year, and Miss Tom Gulley of 2013! I have also been recognized with nominations from both Urban X for best 3-way performance and The Tranny Awards for best non- TS performer.
Overall, I had a great 2012. I worked hard, played hard, accomplished many of my goals, made new ones, and am looking forward to what 2013 has to offer me!
Not even the rain could stop the Rising Star PR girls from hosting the GREATEST party of the year! It is award season after all, and we wanted to start it off it right! Of course we could not have done it without our amazing publicist, Devan Cypher and Jamie Barren, the amazing party promoter. Besides the Rising Star PR girls like Brett Rossi, Brandy Aniston, Teal Conrad, Natasha Star, Melina Mason, Nataila Star, Bonnie Rotten, Christie Stevens, and myself, we had an all-star guest list including- Katie Summers, Danni Daniels, Kelly Surfer, Nikki Delano, Julie Cash, Tia Cyrus, Eric Everhard, Jon Jon, Trinity St. Clair, Chris Cock, Lola Foxx, Teel Reel, and a so many others it is hard to mention them all! We partied the night away, like true porn stars at Colony in Hollywood, with a stripper pole. It is not a party unless there is a stripper pole, I am sorry. You can see more of the pictures at AVN.com and also at industry photographer extraordinaire, Rick Garcia’s site. Next time we have a party, I hope to see all of you there!
I have a great new interview on YNot.com that was featured the past weekend. I talk about how I got into the the adult industry, what I like most about it, social media, and what my future holds. It’s a cool site, go check it out. I have another contest (of course) that I need your votes for. This time it is for Orgasm.com’s “Orgasm Girl of the Month” which of course will lead to “Orgasm Girl of the Year.” This contest actually has a prize attached, $1,000 for girl of the month and $10,000 for girl of year, making this contest highly competitive. We’ve had a really good track record this year, so Im confident we can move me up the ranks and help me win! I was added late, but am doing pretty well, so thanks to all that have voted so far! I am posting free pictures and giving away movies on twitter for those that vote too!

It’s at Colony in Hollywood. You can RSVP with Jamie Barren HERE or with on Facebook HERE or info@risingstarpr.com. Im super excited and I hope to see you all there!
With the industry feeling kind of low because of Measure B and the battle ahead, it’s important to stick with our traditions, and one of the industry’s greatest traditions is award season! AVN, XBiz, XCRO, Urban X, AEBN, and many others take the time to honor their favorite performers, directors, producers, movies, toys and so much more. This has been a great year with great new performers and great new movies and it’s important to keep things business as usual. There’s no better way to start off award season right, and blow off some Measure B steam then with an award season kickoff party with the industry’s TOP public relations team and their clients!
Rising Star PRs Award Season Kickoff Party 2012
Rising Star PR has been one of the leading PR teams in the Adult Industry since they have relaunched in 2009. Partners Devan Cypher and “Acme Anderson” have a proven and documented track record of helping performers become starlets, from starlets to stars, from stars to award winning porn stars! With Brooklyn Lee, Kagney Linn Karter, Kayden Kross, Jenna Presley, Francesca Le, Mark Wood, Amia Miley, Dane Cross, and Diamond Foxx just being a fraction of the industry’s top award winning stars they have worked with there’s not a doubt why they’re the best! They also work with some of the industry’s top company’s such as Jennaration X, and have worked with such companies as Adam & Eve and Rebel Studios. Very few PR firms can hold a candle to what these guys can do, and I am proud to be apart of their team!
Join Brett Rossi, Brandy Aniston, Melina Mason, Natsha Starr, Teal Conrad, Nataila Starr, Bonnie Rotten, Christie Stevens, and me Saturday November 17th at Colony in Hollywood, Ca. and kickoff award season off right with the proven rising stars of the industry- the Rising Star PR girls! Many other members of the industry will be there including directors, producers, reviewers, and members of the media. This party is not to be missed! I hope to see you there!
As many of you may have heard already, Measure B, the “Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act” has been voted in with over 2million voters, by only a 11.7% gap. Yesterday was really tough for a lot people, myself more than included. There’s a few people that are happy, there are some pointing fingers as to who’s to blame, while others are gearing up for the next step. People have to remember that just because it was voted by the people doesn’t mean it’s the last word in the land. For starters, the Los Angeles City Council will have to vote it in, plus Los Angeles County covers a lot of ground, but some cities have to individually adopt the law, and in cases like Pasadena and Long Beach they cannot adopt the law because they use different health departments and the law requires that the Los Angeles County Department of Health enforce it. You can read more in depth about that on Adult Industry Attorney Michael Fattorosi’s website, adultbizlaw.com. Over all, there is still some hope and some time to stop this from fully coming a law over all of porno land.
Measure B Voting Results November 2012
With this being said, the Free Speech Coalition has already sent the County Board of Supervisor’s a letter saying they will challenge Measure B in court, according to AVN. Although I am disappointed we lost, I still have hope and will not stop just because of some votes. It’s America, there’s so much wiggle room, plus the FSC actually has some funding to help finish what we all started a little too late. We still have some time to educate people and to finish the fight the AIDS HealthCare Foundation had started against us. I truly believe it’s up to Los Angeles to nip this in the butt before Michael Weinstein goes across America ruining other businesses and other people’s lives while lining his pockets.
I would personally like to thank Sean Tompkins, the FSC, Steve Hirsch, Michael Fattorosi, Nina Hartely, Tera Patrick, James Deen, Kylie Ireland, Andy Appleton, Mo, Tara Lynn foxx, Rick Garcia, Wicked Pictures, Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals, AVN, Rising Star PR, and the countless others that have helped, and stood up for themselves and what they believe in.
Since I’ve been on a roll with blog posts this past week, with the current issue(s) at hand in the industry, and Im obviously not working like the rest of you (or at least SHOULDN’T be), so I thought I might as well throw in my 2¢. I like to crack jokes and all, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care, Im not paying attention, or doing my homework. People have seriously gotten out of control, did some of you forget that most of you used to be friends or were at least civil to each other, and slightly respected each others idiosyncrasies? Geesh. People need to focus on the bigger picture and start coming up with solutions instead of adding more problems. It is an election year, and porn is not a winning candidate right now.
Some people must realize that this is EXACTLY what Michael Weintstein wanted to happen. Him and his little army took out AIM because it was the ONE place that prevent outbreaks and unnecessary, damaging PR. He KNEW that it would cause chaos. Sadly, he was right. Although Im sure he was thinking it was going to be an actual HIV scare, Im sure he’s probably thrilled nonetheless. Because his plan is working, you fools! Am I the only one that’s ever read The Art of War? Seriously. And I don’t give a FUCK (sorry for swearing) if people didn’t like AIM, AIMs purpose was to PREVENT things like this from happening. Yes, people should have the right to choose where they want to get tested, but those testing facilities need to have a ONE common data base (having all the facilities give out that information is much more scary than one, think about it) where all performer’s test results are held so agents and production companies can look and prevent this from happening. It will also prevent an entire industry from having to shut down and 1000s of people being out of work. Just saying.
Before anyone gets in my face about the “privacy” of medical records, let me clue you in on a some legal shit (sorry for swearing) that you may not know, and if you do know and don’t like it, too bad- it’s the LAW. I’ll make it painless and use examples though so the ignorant people hear me (little edited Lauryn Hill for ya). When people have to get drug tested, vaccinations, full medical exams, or whatever for certain jobs because they’re either working with heavy machinery, in the medical field, or acting in a mainstream movie; the people that are going to hire them have the right to see those results because seeing those results is a requirement to obtain that position. Why do they have that right? Because under (most) state laws when someone is injured at their place of work, their employer is entirely liable. If their employer is paying them to do something that requires a drug free mind, or not to be acceptable to certain diseases, or to perform acts that could cause an injury, and If the employer didn’t take any of the precautions to prevent things that could have been avoidable; they will be sued their business possibly shut down, and so on.
WE ARE NO DIFFERENT. Remember Cal/OSHA and all their talk about haz-mat suits and dental damns, they weren’t kidding. We are knowingly and willingly exchanging bodily fluids that can harm us, with complete strangers sometimes, and people are worried about the people they work for/with seeing their test results? Are you skull fucking me with this shit (sorry for swearing)?!?! We are Cal/OSHA’s wet dream, and it would be a total nightmare for the industry if they got their overly, creepy clean hands in it. Like it or not, the companies that hire us have EVERY right to see those test results because if a performer is to contract something on a set, that a company is liable for that person’s care, workman’s comp., and so on. Which is GOOD for performers.
Thus, why the APHSS system is needed. Regardless if you like the FSC or not, they’re the only ones I saw step up to the plate like Sharon Mitchell did to do something to protect us. And yes, people have every right to be nervous about having your “real name” in a data base like that. But let’s keep it real, performer’s real names are EVERYWHERE online. If someone wants to find it, they’re not going to hack into a database to do it (unless they’re a psycho like the name we do not speak of). The internet, lube, and some time is much easier. Although I do believe the FSC needs to focus more on the whole picture and stop trying to control everything. But look at it this way, if Manwin and a few other companies are forking out all this money for medical equipment, testing reimbursements, and treatments, Im fairly certain they will make sure the APHSS database is secure. Specially if we ask him nicely about it on Twitter. lol If you don’t like the system or the way it works, come up with something that will work better, and change it.
November is not that far away, and this is not going to help the issue with condoms in any way. With everyone in the industry fighting each other, the general public is going to see that, think we’re all incompetent, and they’re going to vote yes. I say we beat them at their own game. They’re going to be voting on our Constitutional Rights on us having control over our own bodies, that is so not cool with me. I say we let the performer’s decide If they want to wear condoms or not. Not that I’ve ever seen anyone say no before but let’s truly make it a point. And the WHOLE POINT is that we have the RIGHT TO CHOOSE. Let’s make a tremendous fucking (sorry for swearing) deal out of it. Title- Porn Cleans Up It’s Act, “After a small syphilis outbreak in the Porn Industry, companies are letting performers choose to wear condoms or not on top of regular testing to ensure the safety of all performers….” and “porn companies ungraded and invested it medical grade cleaning products and equipment….” Blah, blah, blah. If some of us are already wearing condoms and playing along with the other side, people aren’t going to vote yes, and Michael fuck-face Weintstein (Im not sorry for swearing) will have to go back to the drawing board. (Plus we know damn well most performers are not going to use them anyways.) Get it together people, we’re worse than the Democrat and Republican party’s right now. We’re supposed to be fighting the system, not turning into it. Duh.
As for the infamous “shot” in the ass…. For one, if some of you don’t know you’re allergic to penicillin by now, you had horrible parents and are an idiot, I actual fear for your survival in this world. Secondly, it isn’t healthy to get a shot like that when you don’t need it but, at the same time it’s not going to kill you. Considering when the whole syphilis thing came out no one (really) knew who was “patient zero,” who they worked with, who those people worked with, and so on. Having everyone get a shot was undoubtedly a panic move, but at the same time without everyone in one system there was no real way to tell who had what when, and people needed to react. Talk to your doctor, only they can tell you what’s best for your health. If you have to wait or want to wait the 90 days so be it. We are talking people LIVES here. Dumdums. I whined and talked shit (sorry for swearing) about it, but I got it done because of the “what if” factor. Stock up on probiotics, ladies they have specific supplements just for you too, and quit yer bitchin’. Be a part of a solution not the problem.
I also think some people could use a little refresher course in Sex Ed, the STI part that is. STIs are something every person needs to worry about in the jizz biz or not. For the fact that they are our only real job hazards- I can’t say Im not surprised certain people don’t know about them, but it is particularly bothersome. And it’s not that they don’t know what they are or at least their names, but they obviously don’t know about them and obviously not what some look like. Knowing about something and actually comprehending it can be two entirely different things. So I took the initiative and went to Wikipedia for you. Remember, knowing is half the battle.
Hey guys and gals! Happy frickin’ summer!! Although I do live in California so it’s been “summer” for a while now for me. HAHA! lol :p Anyways, I have a few new and fun updates for you! I’ve been busier than ever with my new publicist Rising Star PR and with life in general but, I wanted to give you a quick little update before I go off on my summer travels!
First order of business is from the amazing Dr. Chauntelle of PVVOnline.com. She had a fan ask her why porn stars are more interactive with their social media networks like Twitter and Facebook than other people from other industries. So in return, she went and asked some porn stars! This is what myself and a few others had to say about social media, HERE.
Secondly, I have a new interview on the Two White Guys Podcast, hosted by Jason Horton and Josh Mattingly. This was definitely one of the funnest podcasts I’ve ever done. We get straight to the good stuff, like stripper baby mama drama and anal mucus. You don’t want to miss out on this one! You can see it right, HERE.
Last, but surely not least, I will be on The Tom Gulley Show Friday, June 21 at 8pm EDT. Tom was impressed with an interview I did for Russia TV on “Super Porn Sunday,” and now he’s going to pick my brains some more. Not like bath salts picking brains either. Just so we’re all clear on that. You can check out the interview, HERE.
One last thing before I forget!! My new ATCC OG promo picture is below I got from one of the greatest people ever, JP!! There will be THREE different kinds of cards made up for me! 1) a Limited Edition Miss What’s Brewin’ After Dark 2) A card for the retail pack, and 3) my own set of cards to give away! I’ll let you know when I get them!
Thanks for everything everybody!! Hope you all have a great start to your summers!!
Ok, so I know the title of this blog isn’t exactly the most “original” out there but, still very suited for such a blog. I normally pride myself on clever titles, phrases, and whatnots, but sometimes you just have to stick with the classics! So we’re all just going to have to deal with it, mmmmK?

Any who, the “stars are shining bright” so to speak because…. I have signed with the wonderful Rising Star PR! I have been in need of some changes and fresh beginnings, and Rising Star is what I’ve been looking for. They work with some of the biggest names in the industry and I am excited to work with them! You’re seeing where the title isn’t so bad after all huh? Just wait, there’s more!
To continue, Gene Ross from one of my favorite sites, AdultFYI.com recently read my cards and shared what to be a very insightful and true reading. I wont go into full detail of my reading because that would be redundant since you can read it for yourselves if you want but, I did find it funny that he mentioned list making, I LOVE making lists! Also sadly I recently found out a family member is sick with cancer. Everything else is right-on as well. Although I am curious to know how he was so accurate without me there…… LOL
So, now you fully understand why I chose such a title, because it just fits. Hope everyone has a wonderful week!
